Brand Elements & Design Notes:

Naming convention: Agony Athletics wanting to play off the literal agony of a tough workout.

The logo features a severed arm curling a dumbbell, symbolizing the intense physical
struggle of exercise. The brand’s aesthetic is both literal and tongue-in-cheek,
capturing the humor and pain of tough gym sessions.
